Granada

Everyear I travel to Granada with my parents and brother. I go to Granada because there is my grandmother, but she doesn’t live in Granada, she lives in one village in the Alpujarras.

Alpujarras are situated in front of Sierra Nevada. The Aplujarra is a big mountain and contains many small villages.

Every village is very beautiful. In the village that my grandmother was born “Pórtugos” there is a fountain that contains iron in the water and is very healthy. “Pórtugos” has 1300m of latitude.

The typical of Alpujarra is the ham because they have a process of cultivating the hams is very special. The most famous village is Trevélez.

I like to go to the village very much of my grandmother because there are beautiful landscapes. The inconvenient of the mountain is that when I go up by car there are so many bends and I get dizzy.

The Alhambra is a wonderful monument that you can’t visit in one day because it is very big.

Are you obsessed?

In the world there are most people that they have one addiction. The majority of people have addictions as smoke, alcohol, drugs or more substances but this a direct addiction that is not accepted by society.

Also in the world there are indirect addictions as collecting pencils or labels. Why the societies don’t consider this a direct addiction? Only the society considers direct addictions the bad things. The question is: Are people who collect things also considered obsessed?

Yes, I consider that everything in excess is obsession. The problem is that the society is being educated to have some types of obsessions because if everybody have an obsession surely they will spend more money and consume more.

I am obsessed with collecting pictures of Marilyn Monroe and Audrey Hepburn I don’t have any more space to hang pictures.

Everything is an obsession.

The spring in Empuriabrava

Today 1/04/2011 I have been for a walk street and I noticed that the vegetation with a bright green colour. Also in the gardens there are flowers typical of spring as tulipans, genariums. When I breathe I smell the flowers and the heat of spring. The heat of spring is very pleasant and there is a little breeze which makes life very pleasant.

When you go to the terrace and lie on the sunbed and you get brown.

I love spring it is the best part of the year because we have longer days and shorter nights. The only problem is that the weather is very changeable with many hours of sun mixed spells of showers.

In the afternoon we can go for a bicycle ride and going for a walk on the beach with the family and pets.

Empuriabrava

Empuriabrava was built in 1968. In this year one businessman built the canals which were inspired from Miami Florida. Before Empuriabrava were only wetlands and farms.

The first hotel to be built was the Valmar, and this hotel was built by my grandparents. After this type of businesses was built Club’s Nautic, with the intencion of be a casino they symbol of Empuriabrava. My father rented the bar restaurant from the Club Nautic and he named it “Boat Love” and he worked in for five years until he bought a new restaurant in front of the beach.

He worked in the restaurant with my mother 27 years ago name of that restaurant was “El Bruel”. After, my parents left the restaurant and now it is rent.

Now my parents work in the summer in the “Chiringuito Bocana” in front of the Empuriabrava beach. In the summer I work in the “chiringuito” as a waiter. I like this work but depends on the days because there are clients which are a nuisance.

This work is very funny because everyday you do different things and meet different people.

My thinks for English

I don’t speak English very well but I would understand English if people talked slowly. I think that English at this moment are very important for travelling round the world, but I think that English will never be spoken among ourselves, in every country we have to speak our Languages.

Ok, the system to learn English is not effective enough because with technology we are learning hardly anything because to learn English well, the teachers would have to dedicate more time with the pupils and never leave the pupil alone because every pupil needs more time to learn and the teacher should respect the pupils and never discourage them.

On the other hand the teachers never have pity the some pupils, when they feel bad about been able to be like the others.

On the other hand I feel that some teachers don’t have enough patience when a pupil finds learning English hard and I think they should do more to help them be like the others.

Iphone 5

In the world people already the people will be speculating as when the next Iphone 5 will be produced. The new iphone will probaly be very different, although the main characteristic is that the new Iphone will probably have aluminium casing.

There are different rumours from consumers, that before the mobile phones that phone was be the part behind was not very good at the back. Also the logotype of apple would shelter and aerial.

With everything the cell phone should be more resistent and light. But this only is a hypothesis. Although people say that the Iphone has a bigger screen of 4 inches.

The new chip A5 for the new Ipad 2, will be the heart of Iphone 5.

Possibly the camera will be included by Sony.

Probably the competence will be make better cell phones. HTC already make the new line of cell phones with platform Android 2.2 and nokia with platform windows phone OS 7.

TV

The programme of tv of today are very bad, because always talk about gossip and the lives of famous. Every afternoon in telecinco they do the program “Salvame” and the main character of this program is Belen Esteban.

This woman is famous because she was married with a bullfighter Jesulín de Ubrique and she has a daughter with him (Andrea). Belén broke with Jesulín and in the programme she only gossips abot the family of Jesulín. Also there is another programme of gossip Gran Hermano, this programme consists in people living in a house and these people don’t go outside. Now this programme is televised 24 hours and to televise this programme they have take off the television CNN+, a programme of 24 hours international news.

These programme have the biggest audience in the afternoons. In other channels they show soap operas from South America. In Spanish TV only have educative programme very limited channels. The most educative are programme the news.

Also there are good programs as “pasapalabra” or “trivial”. These programme teach you indirectly. In rtve sometimes there have history programme as “La República” or “Cuentame”.

I think that the television should be regularized, so there is more choise for every age and every taste. When the scandal and gossip programmes have the biggest audiences doesn’t say much for the country. That’s why probably Spain is one of the worst countries for education.

A Perfect Weekend

Getting a perfect weekend is very complicated because only two and a half days. But the ideal would catch a plane on Friday to the site Ryan cheaper with your friends and spend the whole night out. Sleep in a cheap hotel and get up early to visit the city and shopping. To eat cheaply go to Mcdoanls.
Late in the night would take the flight back to Athens and we would have a drink in a bar.
On Sunday morning we would rest and go to the beach to spend the day quietly.
Would not get home very late because we will need to prepare everything for Monday.
This weekend is a hypothesis why it is very difficult to do so, as it should have plenty of money to do everything.

So if you can think of spending a weekend so better save money because expensive.

My house

I love my house because this next to the beach and every time I open the window feel the smell of the sea. My house is pink and has two floors, is quite large and very difficult to clean because I can never finish. In my house there are always things to do, the home requires much maintenance, if I have to do something like paint the front door because it is wood. I have to water the plants and care for them much.
But when my parents leave the house inheritance, destroy the house and I will make again because I do not like is distributed.
I will build over 2 floors and a loft that has sea views.
In the garden to build a large pool with a jacutzzi.
The interior of the house will be furnished with IKEA furniture design.
Of course I do all this cost me much money, but save you a lot to get the house of my dreams.
I hope to get it.

Dracula

The Dracula published in 1897 by frish writer Bram Sroker. This novel, translated into many languages. The figure of count Dracula has dominated twentieth-century culture, and inspired over 700 films.

The Dracula was first written in English. The first in English literature to do so were poets. But the most important contribution came from unlikely source.

The name Dracula in abscure history book the borrowed from the public library. Then he saw the name this novel (Dracula) with a footnote that suggested it come from a Romanian word that mean devil.

Is it the seductive elements, for others it is connection with the dark lied of our natures.

The vampire symbolizes the breaking of taboos, the challenge of authority.

The Facebook

Everyday is in the facebook. The facebook is an escencial too for everyday's. In the facebook the teneigers put pictures from parties and publish comments from the parties. The facebook I think that facebook is a moment the ideal to meet boys and grils. In the facebook everbody sees the publications that you write, because people use the facebook for gossip be nosey. Also boys grils always publish the relations of the moment. People also always arrange events for paries and birthays.

I don't know what we did before facebook in fact I don't know what we did before computers and mobile phones.

Before people worte letters to family and friens everymonth and they were happy. At the moment we need comunication everymoment because is escencial to survive. But it isn't nesessary I don't agree with social webs, in the world there is too much comunication.
