Human Rights

0.

My score is 18/41.

1.

Human rights are a Declaration of laws. There are 30 laws for humans all over the world. Everybody is equal in front of these laws, it doesn’t matter the race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status.

Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security.

2.

Human rights started in 1948.

3.

Human rights were created after the Second World War, in 1945. Because of the many atrocities committed before, during and after the war.

4.

There are 30 laws.

5.

I know everything about the human rights, because they are my rights, and I am entitled to then to live.

Article 3:

Yes in my country this law is respected, because in Spain everybody is entitled to life, liberty and security.

Sometimes in Spain arrive “pateras” full of immigrant people. When these people arrive the Red Cross meets then and looks after then. Besides these people are to be integrated in society. Recently one woman arrived by “patera” and she had a baby just after arriving in Spain. The politicians argued to see if this baby could have Spanish Nationality. Finally decide to give it a Spanish Nationality.

In the past this law wasn’t respected, because for example in colonization of Africa the people of that country they became slavers with property of the colonizers (G.B, France, Italy, Spain and Germany). These people were considerate inferior, and they didn’t have a life of liberty and neither security.

7.

In general humans rights are respected in developed countries, but in countries undeveloped the human rights are not respected because the people of these countries are not civilized and these people are illiterate.

On the other hand these people don’t have telecommunications to get information. The majority of these countries have a dictatorship and these people are obliged to do what the dictator say.

For example in some countries in Africa.

But there are other developed countries where there is communism human rights are not respected, for example China. In this country couples can’t have more than two children, and these children must be male and female.
